The Laboratory Lamp features a 500ml Erlenmeyer flask with the bottom cut out so that the flask can enclose the bulb. It rests on a 5-1/2" square by 2" tall solid walnut base reminiscent of a laboratory hot plate, with felt covering the bottom of the base.
It's available in two shade styles: clear, and frosted. The frosted is sandblasted on the inside to provide a soft glow while the volume markings on the outside remain intact.
A 40 watt spiral-filament Edison-style incandescent bulb is included with the clear shade, and a warm-white LED bulb with the frosted.
You can also choose from a black-and-white zig-zag or solid black cord. Both are fabric covered and have a round vintage-style plug.
The flask manufacturer and labeling may vary from that pictured depending on availability.
