Returns/Exchanges

 

Returns and exchanges are allowed for 14 days after receipt of your purchase, except in the case of custom or personalized items, which are non-refundable. 

Please get in touch before returning your item so I know to expect it.

To receive a refund of the full purchase price, the returned item must be in unused condition with all original packaging included.

Include a copy of your receipt in the box and a note explaining the reason for the return and your preferred resolution (e.g. refund, store credit, or exchange). Send the item in original packaging because returns cannot be accepted if improper packaging causes damage to goods during return shipping.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Except in warranty cases, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for the return of your item.

CLOSE-OUTS AND FINAL SALES

Items marked as close-out or final sale are not eligible for returns.
Regular sale items have the same return privileges as regular stock items.

EXTENDED RETURN POLICY FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON

Items purchased in November and December may be returned until January 15 of the following year. If you are the purchaser, I will refund the original purchase price to your payment method used.  If you are the recipient of a gift that was purchased through my store, I will offer you an exchange or store credit for the value of the original purchase price. If possible, please include the name of the person who originally purchased the gift.
