Chapman Swifts Cheese Board

Every September, thousands of migrating swifts roost in the chimney of Chapman Elementary school in Portland, Oregon, filling the sky with clouds of birds and drawing hundreds of spectators to watch.

This 6" x 12" x 1-1/4" cheese board captures the last birds descending in for the night. It's made of walnut and food-safe resin for the inlay, and is finished with cutting-board oil. Finger grooves allow for easy lifting.

Made to order; please allow up to ten days for shipping.
